Part of the problem could be the computers time being off. If you are using
WinQuake, and if the station is using SDR (my data logging software) with
some type of time reference (GPS, WWV or WWVB), you should see an (L) next
to the start time in the event window. The L indicates that SDR was locked
to some time reference when the event file was created so the timing should
be correct to within a few milliseconds,
