PCAnywhere runs on all Windows operating systems. There is also a DOS
version that someone on the list try to use with SDR. Apparently the DOS TSR
that PCAnywhere uses interfered with the 1 ms interrupt need for accurate
time keeping. The TSR must be disabling interrupts for a long period of time
so SDR looses time.
