This is a good reference for global seismic hazard.

The resolution may not be sufficient, however.  This reference, which 
I haven't seen, is given:
Midzi, V., Hlatywayo, D. J., Chapola, L. S., Kebede, F., Atakan, K., 
Lombe, D. K., Turyomurugyendo, G., & Tugume, F. A., 1999. Seismic 
hazard assessment in Eastern and Southern Africa, Annali di
